Assessing Personnel Security Maturity

NPSA are pleased to announce the launch of a new tool, the Personnel Security Maturity Assessment. 

This is a free, self-service tool, available to any business or organisation wishing to assess their own level of personnel security maturity utilising NPSA’s scoring criteria.

The tool provides an assessment of maturity across seven key areas of personnel security, as well as an overall level of maturity, and links to helpful resources to support organisations improve or maintain their personnel security maturity levels.   

These assessments can be used to help:

• inform the development of future improvement plans, 
• measure the impact of security initiatives,
• identify specific areas of concern,
• raise awareness and secure resources from Senior Leaders .
