The Genie AC5000SC offers 4 optional methods of identification/verification; Fingerprint, Smart Card 13.56MHZ, User Pin & ID or Template on Card. (And / Or combinations of the factors). The product incorporates a robust, optical multispectral, fingerprint sensor made of hardened glass with a capacitive coating. The sensor offers 4 various levels of live and fake finger detection and also has a Duress fingerprint option. The Genie AC5000SC is an IP terminal and can communicate with various 3rd party access control systems via configurable Wiegand outputs or via OSDP. Various vandal resistant and architectural enclosures are available for this reader depending on environment and application.
