NPSA Response to the Current Situation in Ukraine

In light of the situation in Ukraine, NPSA is taking steps to ensure effective guidance is in place, and continued effective communication with stakeholders remains a priority

Last Updated 21 April 2022

The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) issued updated guidance urging organisations to bolster their cyber security resilience in response to malicious cyber incidents in Ukraine. Whilst no specific cyber threat to UK organisations in relation to events in Ukraine has yet been identified, the guidance offers a series of actionable steps that companies should take to reduce the likelihood of falling victim to a future attack. A further set of NCSC guidance on maintaining a sustainable, strengthened cyber security posture was issued in July 2022.

NPSA have also compiled the following guides for UK organisations:

Guidance This guidance can help keep you and your organisations safe during this time of conflict
Guidance Understand how physical security measures may enhance protection against the threat posed by state actors
Cross-cutting Guidance in Response to the Situation in Ukraine
